Refund policy

At WB Choice Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 business days of delivery for store credit only.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Custom and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wbchoicejewelry.com within 30 business days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. WB Choice Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase on wbchoicejewelry.com.
