Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all items are delivered F.O.B. Destination. In the event that delivery of any of the ordered items is delayed beyond a reasonable time, Buyer may cancel its order for the items listed and reject such items if subsequently tendered. Upon cancellation and/or rejection of such delayed order, the Seller will return to Buyer any portion of the purchase price previously paid for the items. BUYER AGREES THAT CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER FOR THE LISTED ITEMS AND REFUND OR RETURN OF PURCHASE PRICE BY SELLER OF ANY PORTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR THE LISTED ITEMS IS THE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY LIMITING ALL LIABILITIES OF THE SELLER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, ACTUAL OR IMPUTED, TORT OR OTHERWISE.

Calculating Delivery Time:

Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time

Manufacturing Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing facility.

When you viewing an item on the product detail page, make note of its availability (ex: Usually ships in 1 - 5 business days). This tells you when we expect to ship your wedding band from our manufacturing facility. Once your item has left our manufacturing facility, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

Engraving adds extra 1 day to delivery time. Please also allow more time if customization options are selected.

Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing center.

The shipping method you select during checkout (FedEx Ground, FedEx 3Day Express Saver, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight) will determine the time it will take the order to arrive after it has left our manufacturing center.

For example, if your item usually ships from our manufacturing center in 1 business day, and you select "FedEx Overnight" shipping, it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
