Shipping policy

 

WB Choice Jewelry ships worldwide. All orders are carefully inspected and packaged at our Norristown, PA location before being dispatched to ensure quality and presentation.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Shipping times may vary for international orders depending on destination and carrier.

Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $500 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. WB Choice Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Signature may be required on high-value orders for security purposes.

WB Choice Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@wbchoicejewelry.com and we will open a claim on your behalf.
